Prior to joining the practice in 2015, Ashton graduated from school as a dental assistant in 2010. She pursued additional training, becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and also became certified in nitrous oxide.

Maria is a Nixa native and appreciates everything the Ozarks has to offer.

Michelle has been an orthodontic assistant for over 20 years, bringing experience, compassion, and a calming presence to every patient she meets.

Heather is always excited to greet our patients and parents with a smile and being able to help with any task.

Allie has been local to the Ozarks all of her life and loves the area. Allie graduated from OTC in 2019 and has now been in the dental field for 4 years and counting.

Danielle is a proud Republic, MO native with deep roots in the Ozarks.

Ever since graduating in 2018 from MTI dental assisting program she has been working in pediatric dentistry and has loved it ever since! Brittany’s favorite part about being a pediatric dental assistant and surgery coordinator is seeing how patients progress at each visit.

As a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, she truly loves what she does. She enjoys seeing the kids each day and working closely with parents to help ensure their child receives the care they need.

Sam didn't expect to end up in pediatric dentistry, but it was truly a blessing. Sam loves working with kids and they bring her joy, laughter, and energy to each day.

Joslyn began her dental career after graduating from the Accelerated Academy for Dental Assisting and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with plans to apply to dental school.

Aileen graduated from MTI in 2025 and quickly developed a passion for working with children. She is dedicated to creating a positive, comfortable and welcoming experience.

Presley is passionate, dedicated and finds it a privilege to serve others through her role as a pediatric dental assistant.

Shawna is a dedicated dental assistant who graduated from MTI in 2025. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Matty grew up in Cabool, Missouri, and recently moved to Springfield. She launched her dental assisting career in March 2025 after completing the Apex Dental Education program in 2024.

Lily joined Expedition in 2025 to gain knowledge and experience in the dental field and has loved it ever since.

Anahi started loving the dental field at an early age because her parents were both dentists in Mexico.

Bree is a graduate of Midwest Technical Institute in Dental Assisting and has received her certification in nitrous oxide. After working in general dentistry, she realized her passion and skills would be put to good use in pediatric dentistry.

After graduating from MTI and completing her externship at Expedition Pediatric Denistry, Caytlin felt a passion for helping children!

Marc joined Expedition in November 2024 as a dental assistant, bringing with him valuable pediatric dental experience.

Teresa enjoys being a pediatric dental assistant who truly loves working with children and supporting families.

Kaydance is an orthodontic assistant with a background in pediatric dental assisting. She is passionate about creating a fun, positive, and comfortable experience.

Jerah has been in dentistry for six years, starting her career in pediatric dentistry before transitioning into orthodontics.

Nicole is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with five years' experience in orthodontics. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Lauren has been an orthodontic assistant for two years and loves being part of helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.
